We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be accommodating and fair to all clients, the following policies are enforced:
24 hours advance notice is requested for cancellation of an appointment. This allows the opportunity to schedule another client seeking pain relief. No shows or Clients canceling with less than 24 hours notice will be invoiced for 100% of the service. If the appointment was pre-paid, you agree you are forfeiting 100% of your pre-paid service.
*Exceptions made for Sudden illness & Emergencies
Clients who start to feel cold/flu symptoms days before your appointment, please reach out so we can get you rescheduled at a future date. Let's give your body a good 2 weeks to recover, so that you can receive manual therapy without feeling worse.
Alternate option: Send a Family Member in your place (with notification to Zendiggity)
(*New Client Must have health intake form filled out online prior to appointment time and are required to pre-pay for their service at the time of booking)
Late arrivals, please note, your appointment time will end at the scheduled time but you are still responsible for the full amount of your service.
