We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be accommodating and fair to all clients, the following policies are enforced:
A generous 4 hours advance notice is requested for cancellation of an appointment. This allows the opportunity to schedule another client seeking pain relief. Clients canceling with less than 4 hours notice will be invoiced for 100% of the service. Likewise, Clients that give NO notice and fail to show up for their reserved time will also be invoiced the full amount of their appointment.
*Exceptions made for Sudden illness & Emergencies
Alternate option: Send a Family Member in your place (with notification to Zendiggity)
(*New Client Must have health intake form filled out online prior to appointment time and are required to pre-pay for their service at the time of booking)
Late arrivals, please note, your appointment time will end at the scheduled time but you are still responsible for the full amount of your service.
